Brooklyn in the 1970s was the center of my universe. The Yankees were winning, hot bagels were the best, riding our bikes to Marine Park, and the D train into the city . . . oh, the stories I could tell.
My name is Deb Hollander, and I am Principal of Plume.
I earned my Journalism and English degree, always a passion for writing. Fiercely independent, I opened my public relations and marketing firm in 1993.
Quality vs quantity is my standard. My dad was all about education—my mom, all about fashion—and the upbringing of "less is more" is in my DNA. The minimalist in me clearly resonates through my success as a boutique marketing agency.
Most believe all marketing firms are created equal. Each offers a menu of services with price points that usually scare the heck out of you. In the end, they deliver your final product and you are happy as can be, but are you? Have they told your story?
Plume is comprised of a small group of talented creatives—designers, developers, copywriters and photographers.
We thrive on the excitement of the challenge. We find inspiration on the road less traveled. Our concepts are compelling and our visuals are stunning. Our work is honest, clear and concise. Our creativity is as fresh as your first cup of morning café. Our pricing is fair and customer service is stellar.
But where we are truly unique, is in our approach. We do more than make pretty logos and fancy websites—we dig deep for our clients, we use design, words and imagery to tell your brand's story. And by doing so, we connect with your target audience, which means we get results that drive your business.
Just as I have my story, so does Plume. Everyone has a tale to tell—your business has one, too.
